This may commence by an initial market feasibility study and operating plan where Revnmore provides research and industry information to assist developers in determining the best scenario for the site along with soliciting hotel operator selection of local, national and international operators.

As the project progresses, our experienced consultants work with architects and designers, to ensure that the design of the integration facilities meets both the client’s vision and the operator’s standard operating procedures in terms of efficiency and functionality.

Once this has been approved and construction has commenced, Revnmore can then provide important operational roles including pre-opening support and management, owner representation, operational budget development and review, marketing and promotional activities.
